CARLTON HILLS

I had the exciting opportunity to complete a large-scale mural project for Carlton Hills Elementary School in Santee, California.

Initially commissioned to create a single mural over the summer, the project expanded after the school secured a grant to fund two additional pieces. The result is a fully transformed courtyard and lunch area, now surrounded by vibrant artwork.

A prominent “Welcome to Carlton Hills” greets students and visitors at the entrance. Inspired by the school’s jaguar mascot, I created a peaceful landscape with serene jaguars lounging around to reflect a calm and welcoming environment.

It was such a pleasure to collaborate with the Carlton Hills community on this meaningful and rewarding project.
